Fiorentina forward Federico Chiesa is aiming to score against Juventus on Friday – “even in the Primavera it was a very strongly felt game”.
The Viola welcome the champions to the Stadio Artemio Franchi at the end of this week, for what is arguably the biggest game of their season.
There is a deep dislike of the Bianconeri in Florence, so much so that players who sign from Juve are often subjected to ‘de-hunchbacking’ ceremonies.
“I went close to scoring last year, I’ll try again on Friday,” the Viola youth product said as he attended the Top Player awards.
“The important thing is to put in a great performance, knowing that nothing is impossible in football. We want to give Florence a great joy.
