How your Business profile on Social Media should look like
We are all on Social Media for a lot of different reasons, and if one of them is for Business, this tip is for you to use.
What you have to do is check out your profile on your social media and ask yourself this question, if I am to be a client, will I buy from this profile?
If your answer is “NO”, then you have a lot to do.
The profile need to me modify by; changing first your profile picture, don’t make it with someone else or a dog or a flier or something else. Make it your picture; no one wants to do business with someone that can’t display his or her picture except you are as fake as the word comes.
You see that Bio on your profile, you need to change it and make it nice, remember the words has limited, so come up with something that can be easy to be related with, don’t add unnecessary thing, anything apart from business line, hear this, nobody will read; NO ONE CARES. Better still, write what you do and what you will help them achieve.
You see the employment stuff on your profile should not be “CEO at self employed” that those not sound cool, biko if you are those kinds, change it and put what you actually do, and it’s not that hard, once you have a business page or personal page, you use that and if you want put CEO at XYZ Industries, it is much better that way.
Lastly, your timeline should be “Your timeline”, don’t share what will not bring value to others or also, don’t share what doesn’t hold true to who you are and what you do. Restrict tagging if necessary.
Make sure you post valuable thing, valuable content and let your content educate people on what to do, don’t always say buy this, buy that, your client needs much more than the product, if possible, share not only the benefits of the product but also how to use it, something that would make them feel you, at least you give value.
