The administration of the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation OSBC, has suspended two of its labourers, Kunle Makanjuola and Gbadebo Adepoju, for calling the state representative, Rauf Aregbesola, names on a Whatsapp gathering. The two men have a place with a gathering on Instant Messaging application, Whatsapp, called You and I that was made by one of their partners, Sola Ajala.
Gbadebo Adepoju who is a Deputy Director at the Marketing Department in the enterprise left a remark in the gathering saying
“Show in Osun as State Government under the administration of Rauf Aregbesola starts the installment of June pay at precisely 1:00am of Osun West Senatorial Bye-race day. Nearby and state government employees from Osun West senatorial locale, kindly don’t be bamboozled by the caution.
The alarm is your privileges, not a blessing. You worked for it, despite the fact that you merited more. Don’t on account of you get your half pay suddenly behind regular calendar and give your vote to APC. They are brimming with double dealing. Vote in favour of freedom, Vote Ademola Adeleke, Vote for PDP. A vote in favour of Ademola Adeleke is a vote in favour of the start of freedom of our dear state from the bondage of half compensation”.
Kunle Makanjuola reacted:
‘Oloriburuku representative, oloriburuku’
After his remark, Kunle was gotten out by some of his associates. Acknowledging he had committed a colossal error, he supposedly expelled himself from the gathering and decimated his sim card. He asserted he was never in the gathering. In any case, his remarks were chomped and sent to the administration by his different partners.
The two men were on Monday summarily suspended inconclusively. Another labourer in the telecom station, Folakemi Alonge who put forth an uncomplimentary expression in the gathering was just issued an inquiry.
